Closed 9 Oct 2017

Opened 16 Sep 2017

Overview

Each State Development Area (SDA) in Queensland is subject to a development scheme, a regulatory document that controls land-use and infrastructure planning and development in the SDA.

The Coordinator-General invites you to have your say on the Bundaberg SDA Draft Development Scheme.

The draft development scheme includes:

  • provisions to cater for the growing demand for land for port-related development and industrial activities
  • guidance for future development to ensure orderly development occurs
  • a streamlined SDA assessment process
  • provisions to cater for multi-user infrastructure.
