Overview

Queensland's Coordinator-General invites you to have your say on a project change application for the New Acland Coal Mine Stage 3 project.

The proponent for the project, New Acland Coal Pty Ltd, has applied to the Coordinator-General for a second change to the project.

The Coordinator-General seeks your views on the proposed change to the project, including the effectiveness of the strategies to manage the environmental impacts of the proposed change.

The Coordinator-General will consider all properly made submissions on the project change application before preparing a final evaluation report either approving or refusing the change.

How to make a submission

There are a number of different ways to make a submission on the proposed change to the project.  You only need to lodge your submission using one of these methods.  Replicated responses received through different methods will only be counted as one submission.
