Section 8 - Supporting information

29. Please upload the following documents to support your submission:
  • financial statements for the last financial year and all notes to the accounts (please provide as .pdf or .xls files)

    NB: for Levels 2 and 3, include financial statements from the last three financial years at least, which demonstrate the current financial position of the business. All financial statements are to have been prepared by a qualified accountant (i.e. CPA, CA, or PA qualified).

OR

  • an accountant-prepared (CPA/CA/PA qualified) statement of viability and year-to-date management accounts report (in .pdf) if your business has not operated for three full years
  • additional information about the scope of the proposed activity (such as a certification project plan, outline or business case)
  • detailed cost breakdowns for each activity, including eligible and ineligible costs
  • evidence your business can fund all activity costs not funded by the MHGP, including the extent to which these will be financed internally or externally and supported by information contained in the financial statements to be uploaded
  • any other documents you wish to provide in support of your application.
