Overview
You are invited to have your say on the SDA application for a material change of use for Extractive Industry in the Bromelton State Development Area (SDA).
The proposed development comprises an SDA application to increase the annual extraction volume from 400,000 to 800,000 tonnes per annum and alter the extraction footprint.
The subject land is located in the Transition Precinct of the Bromelton SDA on 291 Sandy Creek Road, Bromelton. The subject lot is described as Lot 1 on RP98576.

- be made to the Coordinator-General in writing or electronically
- be received on or before the last day of the consultation period
- be signed by each person who made the submission
- state the name and address of each person who made the submission
- state the grounds of the submission and the facts and circumstances relied on in support of the grounds.
Note: Any submission received may be made publicly available and provided to the proponent on request.
